THCA and CBDA are the raw, unheated forms of THC and CBD found naturally in the cannabis plant. When heated, THCA converts to THC, and CBDA converts to CBD. Unlike THC, neither THCA, CBDA, nor CBD are psychoactive and won’t produce a “high.” Raw cannabinoids like THCA and CBDA can be effective at lower doses, but the “better” option depends on your personal needs. The dosing information for Care By Design drops can be found on the packaging. Check the left panel of the box and bottle for the amount of cannabinoids per dropper. Use the measured dropper to apply drops under your tongue, hold for 15-30 seconds, and then swallow. Keep in mind that dosing may vary depending on the formulation, so always start low and go slow.

The yellow color of our drops comes from the natural, full-spectrum cannabis extract used in our formulations. The color may vary slightly in shade, but this is normal and does not affect the product’s potency or effectiveness.
Sublingual drops are administered under the tongue for faster absorption, usually taking effect within 15-30 minutes. Capsules are ingested and take longer to absorb, usually taking effect within 30-90 minutes, but may last longer.
